Q. Which side do you use for cleaning?
A. Use the printed micro fiber side for cleaning.

Q. Will Ad Wipes scratch the display surface or lens?
A. We use a very high technology microfiber that is extremely fine and gentle.

Q. If Ad Wipes becomes dirty what should one do?
A. One can wash Ad Wipes with soap water allowing one to use it many times.

Q. What happens if Ad Wipes loses its sticky power?
A. Washing Ad Wipes with soap and water will refresh the suction material and it will become “sticky” again.

Q. Is glue used on the back side of Ad Wipes?
A. No glue is used. The “sticky” side of Ad Wipes is a moon like surface with many tiny craters that are like air suction cups.

Q. What do I do if Ad Wipes does not stick to the back of my cell phone?
A. The surface on some cell phones is not smooth. Place a piece of tape or sticker that has a flat, smooth surface on the cell phone and then put the Ad Wipes on.
